Riverside Drainage Correction
A residential property was experiencing chronic flooding after heavy rain — water was pooling against the foundation and eroding a 40-foot slope.
We redesigned the site drainage with a French drain system, regraded the slope to 2% grade, and installed a concrete channel diverting runoff to the street.
Zero flooding events in the 18 months since completion.
Commercial Office Build-Out
A local business needed a 4,000 sq ft commercial space converted from a warehouse shell into a professional office environment within a tight 90-day window.

Engineered Retaining System
A property with a failing timber retaining wall — 120 linear feet, 6 feet high — was threatening the driveway and adjacent structure.
Removed the failing timber wall, engineered a segmental block retaining system with proper geogrid reinforcement and drainage behind the wall face.
Wall is structural, permitted, and carries a 25-year manufacturer warranty.
Full Kitchen & Bath Renovation
A 1970s-era home needed a complete kitchen and master bath renovation — original plumbing, no GFCI, load-bearing wall between kitchen and living room.
Removed the load-bearing wall with engineered beam installation, ran new plumbing and electrical, and delivered a fully open kitchen with custom tile work.
Appraised value increased $58,000 post-renovation.
Site Development & Road Build
A 12-acre parcel needed site clearing, a gravel access road, and utility corridor prep before the main structure could be built.
Cleared the site, designed a crowned gravel road with proper drainage shoulders, and staked utility corridors for subsequent trades.
